Statement by Arnold Schwarzenegger Consultant George Gorton:

There have been a number of media inquiries today regarding the status of a Schwarzenegger candidacy in the likely recall election.
At this time, we are monitoring the activities of the Secretary of State's office and the Lieutenant Governor's office, as well as potential court challenges.
Arnold is discussing his candidacy with his family. He is weighing the pros and cons of a candidacy and has made no determination at this time as to whether he will run in a likely recall election, nor has he made a determination that he will not run.
Media reports that Arnold has made a decision not to run are incorrect.

A big number of media inquiries today regarding Arnold's political abitions about his run against California Governor Gray Davis who is now facing early elections to oust him over charges of econmic mismanagement.
All the internet communities of Arnold Fans: TAF's, Arnold.ro Staff and all the reals fans will support Arnold in either way he does  because only Arny knows "what's the best in life".

In US T3 gross $ 112.5m after 2 weeks of release, but better news is that the film is doing stronger overseas, breaking record after record in Asia, Latin America and Rusia.

BoxOfficeMojo.com reports some terrific box office news for Terminator 3!

"It was Terminator 3's weekend thanks to outstanding debuts in Asia and Latin America and continued strength in Russia. In Japan Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines grossed $12.5m (Ą1.458bn) on 550 prints under distributor Toho-Towa becoming the market's sixth-highest opening film ever. Excluding previews the film grossed $9.5m (July 12 and 13) breaking the all time Toho record set by Spirited Away. Toho expects T3 to top T2's $49m, grossed in 1991.
Released elsewhere by Sony the Arnold Schwarzenegger starrer grabbed $1.3m on 249 screens in Thailand (a record for a Hollywood film and the industry's second biggest behind Suriyothai), $1.15m on 66 in Hong Kong, $856,000 on 54 in Malaysia (the territory's third best), $789,000 on 121 in the Philippines (10th largest), and $750,000 on 50 in Singapore (No. 11 of all time). Across the Pacific the Jonathan Mostow-helmed picture racked up $806,000 in five days on 96 in Argentina, including Tuesday night previews (second-largest ever behind The Matrix Reloaded in local currency) and $262,000 on 45 in Chile.
Russia fell a reasonable 38% after its record preem, minting $2m over the weekend for a hefty $7.5m to date. All told T3 amassed $20.4m on nearly 1,600 screens in 13 markets (excluding its United Arab Emirates debut, for which figures weren't available), driving its total to $27.5m"

Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines
was extrordinary for James Cameron himself. The Creator of TERMINATOR was impressed about what Mostow's did with his child.
In BBC 1 interview Cameron share his respect: "In one word: Great. There was a small part of me that hoped it wasn't good - but another part of me hoped it succeeded. And it did. And I'm so glad it did. Jonathon's made a great movie. Arnold's in great form. I really like what he's done with it".
In the same interview Cameon confirmed the rumor about Alien 5: "We're looking at doing another one. Something similar to what we did with Aliens. A bunch of great characters, and of course Sigourney. I've even discussed the possibility of putting him [Arnold Schwarzenegger] into the Alien movie".

Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines has a great start, tops US Box Office, ARNOLD'S BIGGEST OPENING EVER terminating Charlie's Angels 2 and Legally Blonde 2.
TheARNOLDFANS.com Staff reported:
"The $170 million-budgeted feature broke a couple of records and ranked as the biggest R rated opening on a July 4th weekend! For a rated R film, T3 rocked the theaters!
The third movie in the Terminator franchise sold $44.1 million worth of tickets for the Friday-to-Sunday period, and the movie sets a new record for Schwarzenegger. His previous best opening was "Batman & Robin" with $42.8 million in 1997. The last Terminator movie, "Terminator 2: Judgment Day" opened with $31.7 million in 1991.
The big budget third installment in the Terminator series is expected to do well overseas and in DVD sales also, which will likely bring overall revenues to whopping numbers. But the question Schwarzenegger fans are asking is whether or not the film's final performance will be enough to encourage the action-film legend to continue making big movies.
More optimistic fans see the $72 million opening as a great start, considering issues such as the holiday weekend pulling moviegoers away from theaters. These fans believe week two might bring in big numbers as secondary Arnold's fans work their way to the cinemas to watch the triquel to the movies that arguably established Schwarzenegger as the most popular action star of all time."
